... Base Camp Brewing Company marks its third year of brewing innovative Pacific Northwest-style lagers and ales on Halloween. Their friends in Left Coast Country, Portland's favorite northwest bluegrass band, will be setting up shop and laying down tunes out in Base Camp's patio tent. As a nod to the holiday, costumes are encouraged-- win street cred and prizes for getting in the spirit!-- and specially-blended cask beers will be pouring from fresh pumpkin firkins. Food from Base Camp's food cart partners Hot Box BBQ and Pacific Pie Co. will be available, but don't miss out on the limited seating Hop to the Table Brewers' Dinner, a multi-course family-style feast prepped and served by Mingma Sherpa, Luke Becker, and Steven Cameron of Le Cordon Bleu. Releases from Base Camp's brewer reserves will provide multiple pairings with each course, including a Belgian Dark Strong debuting on draft and in a limited quantity of corked bottles for the celebration.

"We're incredibly stoked for the chance to celebrate another successful year spent doing what we love," says Base Camp's co-founder and marketing director, Joseph Dallas, "and are looking forward to saying thanks to all our friends and neighbors for their support.”

Festivities kick off with a pumpkin carving contest from 5pm to 7pm, then music begins at 8pm. The party will be free and open to the public; minors welcome until 10pm. The Hop to the Table Brewers' Dinner runs 5pm to 9pm in their brewhouse-- Base Camp advises that tickets to this limited-seating dinner be purchased in advance via or their Facebook page.
