HOOD RIVER HARVEST BREWMASTER DINNER
FIRST COURSE
Rainbow Chard and Purple Kale Salad – Paired with Session Lager

With Chevre cheese, dried cherries, toasted walnut, tossed in a roasted shallot and pancetta vinaigrette.

SECOND COURSE
Butternut and Spaghetti Squash Cake – Paired with O'fest

Topped with corn relish.

THIRD COURSE
Grilled Columbia River Salmon – Paired with Cascade Pilsner

With chanterelle mushroom risotto cakes and asparagus topped with a beurre blanc.

FOURTH COURSE
Pear Crisp – Paired with Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout

With house made Bourbon Stout Ice Cream.

Our Brewmaster Dinners are held the second Thursday of each month (except for December which is the third Thursday) from October to April at our Brew Pub in Hood River. Chef Ryan Callaghan and Brewmaster Jim Kelter team up to create four delicious courses each paired with an award-winning Full Sail brew. All for just $40. Service starts at 5PM.
