CORONADO, CA ... As a salute to 19 years, current World Beer Cup Mid-Sized Brewery Champion, Coronado Brewing Company delivers a big, tropical IPA suitable for hopheads and casual drinkers alike. Tropical fruit notes accent the beer's hop spiciness and refreshingly dry finish. It is extremely drinkable for such a big IIPA and stands as a great representation of Coronado Brewing's coastal state of mind.
The company will also toast to another banner year with a 19th anniversary party to be held on August 8th at the company¹s tasting room on Knoxville Street in San Diego. This year's success included expanding its markets in four states and three countries, the opening of a new location in Imperial Beach, and continued double-digit growth for the fourth year in a row.

Description: What did we know when we set up a small brewpub on the island of Coronado 19 years ago? Not nearly as much as we know now! Throughout CBC¹s history, we¹ve stayed thirsty for beer and knowledge, making each day into a learning experience. We¹ve taken the time to hone our skills, maturing rather than aging. Our experience is evident in this double IPA. Cheers to 19 years in the brewing business!

About Coronado Brewing Company: In 1996, when craft beer was still a foreign term and San Diego County was home to only a handful of breweries, the Chapman brothers Ron and Rick opened a brewpub in their hometown of Coronado. CBC brews abundantly hoppy West Coast-style ales staying true to their San Diego roots. You can find Coronado beers in 20 states across the US and nine countries. In addition to their long established pub in Coronado, the company opened a tasting room inside their newly built San Diego production facility in early 2013 and a new tasting room and restaurant in Imperial Beach, CA in 2014. Winning 2014 Champion Mid Size Brewery and Brewmaster at World Beer Cup in Denver awarded them with one of the most prestigious distinctions in the industry.
