On Tuesday, May 12, the Elliott Bay Public House in Lake City will be hosting our first Beer Pairing Dinner in the Cascade Hall. Executive Chef Kerry White, Director of Brewing Operations Doug Hindman, and Lake City Head Brewer Dan Ashley have tenaciously raided our cellar and persevered through long tasting tasting sessions to bring you a five course, Prix Fixe menu that is thoughtfully paired with our Elliott Bay beers. There will be barrel aged selections, seasonals, and house standards. The price is $50 plus service fee and includes tax and tip. Please bring your omnivore palate and adventurous spirit.
