The rules are simple:
A Giddy Up burger is paired against 5 different beers, from the host brewery. Additionally, someone from the brewery will be available to speak about their beers and answer any questions.
All that's asked of you, is pick any burger (or request a suggestion) from Giddy Up's menu plus 1 type of French Fry, before being served a select pint of the host brewery's beer, as well as enjoy 4 (4oz) samples of additional beers from the brewery.
Those who suffer from lack of enthusiasm probably won't enjoy burgers like the "Stuffed Pig", a burger described as a "1/3 lb bacon stuffed patty, slice of cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion, bacon & Giddy Up sauce. Served on a house bun.". Other menu items include a Quinoa burger (aka, "City Slicker"), a "Sloppy Joe", and of course their signature "Giddy Up Burger" (made with "1/3 lb patty, bacon, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled jalapeños & fire sauce. Served on a house bun).

This week, the brewery hosts Sierra Nevada Brewing.
Giddy Up’s Burger & Beer Tour will be featuring Sierra Nevada Brewery. Customers will get a custom burger & taste 5 different beers from Sierra Nevada. A representative from the brewery will be on hand to walk you through the 5 Beers. We invite customers to arrive by 6 pm & the tasting will start at 6:30 sharp.
This event includes the following beers from Sierra Nevada, in the following pour sizes.
1 Pint of Sierra Nevada Beer – Pale Ale
4 – 4 oz Tasters of Sierra Nevada Beer ( Hop Hunter IPA, Ovila Quad, Nwarwhal Imperial Stout, Nooner Pilsner )
