Themed Event: WA: Seattle: 10/6 & 10/7 The Pine Box hosts "Fresh Hop Festival"

Next Monday through Tuesday (October 6th and October 7th), The Pine Box is dedicating 2 (consecutive) days to hops. Starting on Monday the bar will featuring 33 different fresh-hopped / wet-hopped beers and ciders. Following Monday, The Pine Box will featuring Fremont Brewing's Universale through 12 different Randall's.

Monday October 6th at 3pm we will be pouring around 40 Fresh Hops- all on draft. For the first time ever we’ve had to break out our 12 tap Jockey Boxes to accompany our 33 taps in order to accommodate all of the glorious Fresh Hop Beers.

On Tuesday October 7th, from 5pm to 10pm, we’re pulling out our 12 Randalls. All 12 will pour Fremont Brewing’s Pale Ale, each featuring a different Hop Varietal. Ever wonder just what Simcoe or Mosaic hops taste like? Now’s your chance to find out.  Not to mention, we’ll still have plenty of those Fresh Hop drafts flowing.

  

We’re pretty sure this is one of, if not the largest, Festival of Fresh Hop Beers outside of Yakima.
