Tasting Notes

Aroma: Earthy funk, hay, honey, lemon zest
Taste: Sweet funk, bready malt upfront melding seamlessly into lemon/citrus flavors and mild tartness finishing crisply with lingering hints of noble hops and black pepper.

Malt = Pilsner, Munich, Wheat, and Carapils
Hops = Nugget, Cascade, and Glacier
Yeast = WLP644 Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois

ABV = 4.2%
