Spreading the word according associated with birthdays or anniversaries (but not obituaries), we are happy to lump Portland’s Laurelwood Brewing into that pile.
This year marks the brewery’s 12th year of providing people with appetizers, sandwiches, and more. Oh yeah, we almost forgot about the beer. In fact that this is the theme of this year’s celebration.
Starting on March 1st (or in the past for those reading this post 3/1/2013) the brewery is happy to announce a raffle March 21st, to the Great American Beer Festival.
All you have to do is visit their locations in Portland or Battle Ground (Washington) locations and collect 11 visit stamps, between now and March 20th. With that celebrated 11th stamp collected, you are encouraged to swing into Sandy Boulevard Public House, on March 21st. There your name will be entered in a drawing for the coveted two tickets (including airfare) for weekend access to GABF.
As an added bonus, the first 100, in conjunction with Leatherman’s 30th Anniversary, will receive a Leatherman tool.
More about this year’s anniversary celebration
The “12 Beers for 12 Years” promotion concludes with a party at our NE Portland location on March 21st. Two specialty beers are to be released on that date. Laurelwood is bringing the Boss IPA back, and better than ever. In addition to the Boss IPA 12.0, we will release in partnership with the Leatherman Tool Group, Leatherman Lager. Tony Smiley, the Loop Ninja, will be playing from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with food and beer specials all day.
