Admittedly we haven't really been specific regarding WHAT breweries will be hosting during the Washington Beer Open House. So we reached out to a couple of the breweries and they responded.
Take Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen, Kulshan, and Boundary Bay. They are joining forces by proposing that you ‘brewery crawl’, via sponsored transportation.
The third annual Washington Brewery Open House will occur this Saturday, February 23 and all three Bellingham Breweries will be open for friends and fans of craft beer. Chuckanut Brewery on W. Holly, Boundary Bay Brewery on Railroad, and Kulshan Brewery on James have come together to help visitors get to all three breweries between noon and 5pm with an organized free shuttle.
The first shuttle will leave Boundary at noon to go to Kulshan. The shuttle will leave Kulshan at twenty after the hour to go Chuckanut Brewery. The shuttle will leave Chuckanut at twenty to the hour to head back to Boundary. At Chuckanut Brewery we will be open from 12:30 to 4:30pm with brief tours at 1:30, 2:30, 3:30 pm with the brewers available to talk and answer any questions about beer, brewing, and Chuckanut Brewery before and after the tours. Our Kitchen will be serving food after 11:30am.
Get the car warmed up the morning of Saturday February 25th, to head up to Bellingham, and celebrate the WA Beer Open House.

About Boundary Bay Brewing
The Boundary Bay approach to beer is to render excellent examples of classic styles. In some cases--such as with our IPA, Imperial IPA and Imperial Oatmeal Stout--we push the envelope and make a very big and flavorful brew. Like a new kind of music, it may take a few samplings to build your palate but soon you will be coming back for more.
About Kulshan Brewing Co.
We are a new brewery on James street in Bellingham Washington. We have a lovely tap room you can come and visit, as well as a dart board and a nice sitting area. For us, it’s all about the beer. Come in and try some!
