Like any retail business, Silver City Restaurant and Brewery isn’t thinking in the now. Instead they prefer to think into the future which is why they are celebrating Spring, in February. So we wanted help shake off those dark beer, Winter blues, with this suggestion.

Starting with the Release party on January 21st, the brewery is happy to announce the re-release of their Deluxe Spring Lager.

Silvery City Deluxe Lager specifications

This golden lager is an ideal spring beer that refreshes on a warm day yet warms on a cool day. Representative of beer brewed before prohibition, Deluxe’s exceptional refreshing character comes from the use of flaked corn in the mash.
The result is a smooth, full flavored, light bodied lager with
a pleasant, sweet grain character.
Alcohol By Volume: 6.2% ABV
Hops: Sterling
Malts: Pale Malt, Caramel Pilsner, Flaked Corn
IBU’s: 16

Start looking for this beer shortly after the release party, if not sooner. As always if you don’t see if on draft or on a nearby shelf, ask your server / grocer to buy some!
