Tasting Preview: WA: 7/24 21st Amendment Tasting & 7/25 New Belgium Tasting, Seattle Beer Authority
Stop into Beer Authority on July 24th as the bottleshop hosts another visit from San Francisco’s 21st Amendment. Featured on draft will be three of their beers as well as a fourth beer (Monk’s Blood) poured straight from the can. Given that Monk’s Blood won’t be around next year, this is another chance to enjoy this unique Belgian-style ale.
Tasting starts at 6:30 and runs through 8:30, which will include 10% off cans of 21st Amendment beers.

About Beer Authority
Barry and Shellane opened “The Beer Authority” in March of 2009. They have been committed to beer in one way or another over the past nine years as home brewers and entrepreneurs, but really it’s their love of the HOP! Barry and Shellane have two kids, Porter and Bailey and they have become their major focus. As of October 1st 2011 Barry, Shellane, Brad Adams and Burc McFarlen entered into an operating partnership.
Burc McFarlen has worked in the beer industry since April of 2000 for two different beer distributors, and as a Brewery rep for Oskar Blues out of Longmont, Co and Fish Brewing out of Olympia, WA. I am from the NW and love that I am part of BeerVanna.
The Beer Authority’s Mission Statement is to continue the education of great local beers, ciders and world’s finest ales.
