Chef Brock Johnson has created a delicious menu inspired by the norse God "Odin" A 4-course menu of Yukon river salmon, roe, spent grain toast, smoked salt paired with Kolsch, Rye berry salad, goat's milk curd, foraged greens paired with Viking Gold, Salt roasted leg of lamb, wild mushrooms, juniper paired with Odin's gift and finish if all off with Hazelnut cake, buttermilk and local berries washed down with Thor's Equinox.
