image sourced from Big Time Brewery's websiteHey Seattle, if the announcement of Millennium Falconer Pale Ale wasn’t exciting enough we have another one for you.

Consider yourself warned as Big Time Brewery has set upon us two scheduled event for Seattle Beer Week.

Option #1 – Big Time releases their first ever Bourbon barrel-aged Stout.

Find an excuse to ditch work as Big Time will be releasing their first ever Bourbon barrel-aged Stout “Heavenly Bourbon”. If you ask Drew he will tell you that Heavenly Bourbon is a 9.00% Stout aged (8 months) in a Heaven Hills Bourbon barrel.

Unfortunately since this was aged in bourbon barrel there will be a limited amount available. But there is a silver lining as the brewery is going to be releasing a limited number of ‘take away’ bottles (32 ounces each) during the release.

On the same week as the Heavenly Bourbon Stout release, the brewery will be tapping five (5) different India Pale Ales; on cask. Starting at 11:30 AM, the brewery will be tapping Scarlet Fire; Bhagwan's Best, Homegrown, Solo, and Icculus.

We suggest getting in at 11:30, trying a couple and then returning later that day to try a few more.
