With a tentative release of May 4th, we were fortunate to have received information about this American-style Pale Ale; from the brewers of Scarlett Fire India Pale Ale & Coal Creek Porter.
Millennium Falconer is a session strength Pale Ale weighing in at 4.6% alcohol by volume. It features Millennium Hops (15.9% alpha acid content) for bitterness; and Falconer's Flight* hops (10.9% alpha acid) round out the middle and finish of this IPA imposter.
Talking to head brewer Drew Cluley, the beer is best summed up as “… extremely aggressive and can make the leap from the glass to your mouth in hyper speed.”
