Yes it’s February. But that shouldn’t stop you from enjoying an early taste of March 17th courtesy Bellingham’s Boundary Bay Brewing.
Simply named Irish-style Red Ale, Boundary Bay’s interpretation of the traditional Irish Red is back for another year.
With a deep red hue, our Irish Red Ale is an easy drinking, smooth, lighter-bodied ale with a medium to low hop bitterness and a toffee-like, roasted, dry, yet malty, clean finish.
Boundary Bay Brewery has produced this Irish Red Ale in the spirit of Bellingham community and the Bellingham St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
- hops: Perle, Fuggles and Cascade
- malts: 2-Row, Pilsner, Munich, Vienna and Roasted Barley
- 4% ABV
Available in pints, 22 ounce bottles, and growlers; you should expect to see this on the shelves at specialty bottleshops, or at Boundary Bay’s Brewpub. As always if you don’t see this on the shelves, ask your grocer to get some!
