Editorial: Back at the Desk: From Boston to the Pac. NW

I’m back from Boston and all I have to say is wow. There is a common myth that Boston much like New York is filled with unintelligible speaking people. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. Occasionally I would meet someone who had that quintessential Boston accent. Overall the people of Boston sound pretty much the same as those in Oregon, Idaho, or Washington.

Through the course of my business trip I experienced lobster rolls, pastrami & corned beef sandwiches (with coleslaw no less), as well as some local beers. You can expect an eventual review of the area where I spent most of time, soon.

Meanwhile here are a few news items as I catch up on my inbox.
