Explore Your Craft, a collaborative effort by Widmer Brothers Brewing and DRAFT magazine, wraps up in Seattle on Saturday, Nov. 19, and tickets are available now. A four-part series of events held around the country, Explore Your Craft marries craft brews and food with art and music, featuring inspired menu pairings and unique artistry.

While reading that it might make it sound like some sort of rock concert for beer enthusiasts. But its far from that. In fact this is a combination dinner theater, meets art walk on the grounds of SODO Park. Think of it as SODO Park tour on tape, much like those museum tours you took back East. Throw in some beer and food and well I think we have described this too long.

But what about the beer you ask? Here’s the low down on that action.

Featured beers in Seattle include Widmer Brothers’ winter seasonal Brrr, the newly released O’Ryely IPA from the brewery’s Rotator IPA Series, as well as Widmer Brothers’ core lineup including Drop Top Amber Ale, Drifter Pale Ale, Widmer Hefeweizen, and Pitch Black IPA.

Finally this wouldn’t be a Widmer Brothers event without guest(s) (and brewery founders) Rob Widmer.

And for those who could care less about the beer and more about the art you are in for a treat as local artist Andrew Miller will be on hand.  Music provided by Matt Brown of Ruby Hill.

So what are you waiting for? Get your hands on one of these $75 a head tickets for a three hour evening with Widmer Brothers beers, Rob, Andrew, and Matt.

About Widmer Brothers Brewing

What started as a dream for two ordinary brothers who just loved beer has now become a reality for two ordinary brothers who still just love beer. Kurt and Rob Widmer helped lead the Pacific Northwest craft beer movement in 1984 when, in their twenties, they dreamed of brewing American interpretations of authentic European-style beers. In 1986, Widmer Brothers Brewing introduced the first American-style Hefeweizen; today, the unfiltered cloudy beer is the company’s signature brew and one of the best selling wheat beers in the country. Based in Portland, Ore., the brewery currently brews a variety of beers including Drifter Pale Ale, Nelson Imperial IPA, Rotator IPA Series, Drop Top Amber Ale and Pitch Black IPA.
