Here is what Whole Foods off Denny Way (aka Whole Foods “Westlake”) has to say about this food and beer dinner.
Join us as we welcome Two Beers Brewery to our Supper Club on Thursday, October 20th from 6-8pm.  Chef Hayden has prepared a beautiful 4 course menu that will be paired with Two Beers Brews.  Learn from the brewers all about their beers and why we paired them with the following courses:
  • Golden Potato and Amber Ale Soup topped with Pickled Garlic, Fresh Dill, and Sharp Irish Cheddar Cheese Paired with Amber Ale
  • Beef Tenderloin Crudo with Spicy Chili Oil served with Lacinato Kale and a Chilled Poached Egg Paired with Pale Ale
  • Grilled Pork Loin Chops topped with a Cured Walnut and Dried Cherry Compote served with Brown Ale Simmered Bacon Rosemary Green Lentils Paired with Brown Ale
  • Candied Pumpkin with Preserved Lemon and a Molasses Cascadian Dark Ale Reduction Paired with Imperial Cascadian Dark Ale
