Starting today we begin what is intended a return to our roots as an Event source. Starting Wednesday with Elysian's Firkin tapping (Capitol Hill only) you are encouraged to take a load off from work-day grind and grab a 'cold one'.

  • 4th Course: Slow-braised short ribs with rossti potato cake collard greens with wild mushroom jus, paired with Dark Lager
