Just some additional background information in case you were wondering where the name Ta-Ta Wheat Ale comes from. Special thanks to Nate Murphy and Silver City Sales Rep. Kurt Larson for getting back to me in a timely matter.
… in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Susan G. Komen for the Cure. TA-TA Wheat Ale is available on tap throughout October, exclusively at Silver City Restaurant & Brewery in Silverdale, WA on the Kitsap Peninsula. Silver City will donate 25 cents for every glass of TA-TA Wheat Ale sold during the month.
“Supporting breast cancer awareness and encouraging early detection is near and dear to our entire community,” said Scott Houmes, Co-Owner of Silver City Restaurant & Brewery. “We thought brewing and serving the Ta-Ta Wheat, everyone could help support this drive for a cure.”
Silver City Brewery’s TA-TA Wheat Ale is refreshing without overpowering. The Wheat malt keeps the beer crisp and flavorful while a measured amount of Cascade hops jazzes things up and provides the perfect balance. Drink one or two and help SAVE the TATA’s! (5.2% ABV)
