Seattle, WA – This one, for reasons we can’t explain, slipped through the cracks. It seems that back in August (31st) Elliott Bay Brewing announced a third location, is under construction. Located in the Lake City neighborhood, on 12537 Lake City Way NE, look for another brewpub from the guys from West Seattle (and Burien).

However, this doesn’t mean you should start lining up outside the doors just yet, as the brewery can’t take owner of the location till May of next year. So for the next 8 months, which pushes the potential opening sometime in the fourth quarter of 2011.

Currently the plan is to get the restaurant opened first, initially drawing beer from the two existing locations, in Burien and West Seattle, until the brewing facility in Lake City is fully operational.

Until the restaurant & brewery is open, you will just have to suck it up and keep visiting either their West Seattle or Burien locations, to get your taste of what is coming to Lake City.
