Located on 4835 North Albina Avenue, this $40 dinner will feature four prepared meals paired with four of Lompocs beers.

Join Brewers Fleming and Bryan Kielty, as they discuss the genesis behind why their beers work so well with the courses offered. We attached a description of the menu below for those curious.

The first course is a fresh tomato gazpacho made with organic tomatoes and a cucumber & fennel relish; paired with Lompoc LSD (Lompoc Strong Draft).  The second course features a root vegetable salad and summer greens tossed in a jalapeno lime vinaigrette; paired with Lompoc C-Note, our Imperial IPA.  The main course is a grilled pork loin served with traditional Mexican squash cake and vegetables of the day in a sweet & spicy red chili sauce; paired with Proletariat Red (for vegetarians, grilled tofu is available for this course).  Dessert is a chocolate stout cheesecake served alongside Sockeye Cream Stout. -source, Lompoc Brewing

With the dinner featured on the patio and the prospects looking good (76 degrees F.), this 20 person dinner will be one not to be missed. Give Trébol a call (503)517-9347 (ask for Chef Mike), today.
