Bellingham, WA – For those of us that live in the central portion of King County (Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, etc.), it’s never a dull moment in regards to events happening at a nearby bar. This Father’s Day weekend an annual tradition will occur when the Washington Brewers Festival (aka, Father’s Day Festival) commences on the hallowed grounds of St. Edward’s State Park. If you live in or around the city of Kenmore, you more than likely won’t be able to ignore the draw of green grass, the smell of fresh air, and the sight of someone holding the tastiest four ounces you’ve ever seen.
Unfortunately for those that live in Bellingham, you will have to decide whether its worth the 82 mile trip and potentially night in jail all for the sake of some great beer. However there is a solution, if you are willing to spend under $100. A Saturday-only (June 19th) bus is heading down to the festival to take the hassle out of driving. For a small $45 (including the ride to the event the ticket, and some beverages to help temper your liver before the arrival), Green Frog saves you the potential several thousand dollars, lost friends, or worse, and all you have to do is enjoy the ride.
Tickets haven’t been ordered though (deadline is this Friday June 11th), so give Green Frog a call tonight and ask them who you need to see to sign up for this limited time promotion.
