Shelton, WA - Those of us in metro area (Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland) often forget that despite the numerous breweries in the city, there are breweries popping up around us. Located in Shelton, WA Grove Street has remained a relatively quiet brewery in the eyes of us Seattlites. Unless you have been to one of the festivals they have attended chances are you haven't even heard of these guys (citizens of Shelton excluded).
However, it has come to our attention that they need our help and assurances that they are not unknown to us enthusiasts. Please visit their Poll from polling service, Poll Daddy. Initiated yesterday April 27th, you can choose which of the Grove Street Brewhouse beers are in your wheelhouse of interest.
- Limerick Ale
- Old Tollie

Grove Street Brewhouse & Specialty Teas
233 S. First St. Shelton, WA
“Grove Street Brewhouse, the first brewery in Mason County, opened for business in October 2009. Owned by local couple Jeff and Tessie Thompson, the Pontiac dealership-turned-brewery in downtown Shelton features its own on-site pub brewery, much of the original timber, frame, and woodwork, a bar serving 7+ housemade beers, local wines and ciders, housemade sodas, an impressive variety of specialty teas, and a full kitchen serving house baked goods and homemade pub fare. Run by the Thompsons, along with their two daughters, and a fantastic kitchen, service, and brewery crew, GSB invites you to join us for lunch, dinner, or just a couple beers. We are all-ages friendly, so bring your family and neighbors. Short for “Public House”, our goal is bring the true meeting place “pub” culture to Shelton and Mason County.” –source, Grove Street Brewhouse & Specialty Teas
