Pacific Northwest - Today is the 16th of March and its one day before you endure the ire of not wearing green, a constant barrage of Irish impressions, and wafts of corned beef and cabbage in the air. Most of you already have an idea of what you will be doing in celebration when St. Patrick converted the pagan Druids to Christianity, but those of you who don't here are some suggestions.

Enough hops to balance the large amounts of dark and roasted malts, with the addition of oatmeal creating a creamy smooth drinkability.
