Seattle, WA & Redmond, WA – It’s a well known fact that the city and the rest of the state love their IPAs. If your tongue doesn't feel like a cat used it for a scratching pad, then you haven't had a good hoppy, brew. Much like a cat we also get very protective whenever another out of state brewery takes a handle away from one of our own.

Chuck Silva pours you a beer at CBC 2008, image courtesy of Epicbeer's Flickr Page This week Green Flash and head brewer will be coming into town, not to necessarily trash the place but to trash your perceptions on a good India Pale Ale. Please join head brewer Chuck Silva (source, Slashfood.com) as he answers about Green Flash, the brewing process, or anything else on your mind. Littered throughout this week you can find him a places like Bottleworks, Malt & vine, Naked City, or Brouwer's as well as Hopvine and a maybe a couple others.
