(WA) Brouwer’s Cafe hosts Pyramid Snowcap Vertical Tasting 01/07/2010

If you live in Seattle or ever noticed that big building behind Safeco Field during a Mariner’s / Seahawk’s game, then you’ve heard of Pyramid. Long known for their Apricot Wheat Ale, every Fall / Winter they release the Snow Cap Ale, a Winter Warmer that evokes memories of fireplaces and warm conversations. As the brewery did at their alehouse off of First Avenue in So’Do the brewery will be demonstrating the resilience of their beer by participating in a vertical tasting at Brouwer’s Cafe.

Featured at this event will be Pyramid’s Snow Cap 2007, Snow Cap 2008, and their new Super Snow Cap (a new recipe that differs from the 2007 & 2008 releases).  For more information on what a ‘vertical’ tasting is or how this was accomplished, head into Brouwer’s Cafe tonight.
