Portland, OR – Opened in early 2009, Upright Brewing came onto the Portland beer scene, with a mission to produces rustic French and Belgian-style ales that further compliment the great materials found in the Northwest. It was this mission alone that has attracted a strong initial following.
If you’ve visited the brewery during their tasting room hours, you would not only be treated to a nice selection of their ales but also fine artisan cheese and meats that work hand in hand with their beers.
This year in an effort to further demonstrate the versatility of not only their beers but craft beer as a whole, they will be guest hosting a dinner at Aquariva. Please join Alex Ganum as he explains the four different courses and the relationship between the beer and the dish being consumed. Due to the size of the location this event will be restricted to 25 people.
