The weather is for lack of a better word normal (for now) and the urge to get out while there are still warm days is strong. This week you can have dinner with the brewer, drink with the brewer, and save a few bucks. And to paraphrase a colleague in craft beer would always say you can find out “what’s goin’ on”.

Summertime = Uberwit time. Our Uberwit is a classic example of a Belgian WitBier. Brewed with lightly colored malts and unmalted wheat and oats to give it a white cloudy appearance, its real flavor comes from the unique Belgian Yeast, Orange Zest and Coriander. Even though is a lighter beer, it’s full of flavor with a crisp spicy finish. In Addition, it is mildly hopped and has 5.8% alcohol by volume. This beer recipe is developed by Colin Lenfesty and is entered in the 2009 Great American Beer Festival (Pro-Am entry). Come on down and give it a taste. $1 pints from 6-7 pm
