(Arlington, WA) I found this while checking out my regularly scheduled headlines. This doesn’t require much explanation or back story because I am sure the majority of you out there are just dying for an idea this weekend. And considering the Seattle International Beer festivals has packed up the VW Van for another year this might turn out worth while.
“Head to Arlington this weekend for Burning Beast at the Smoke Farm. The “feast in a field” is this Sunday. Food comes off the fires around 6pm. Wash down all that meaty goodness with a Leavenworth Alt or a Fish Tale Blonde. Make a day of it—come early and stay late. Some of the participating chefs include; Dylan Giordan (Serafina), Angie Roberts (Boka), Matt Dillon (Sitka and Spruce, The Corson Building), Garret Abel (DeLaurentis), Dustin Ronspies (Art of the Table), Gabriel Claycamp (The Swinery), Ron Jones (Jones Glassworks), Tyson Danilson (Le Pichet), Jonathan Sundstrom (Lark), Zephyr Paquette (Eilliott Bay Cafe) and Jennifer Alphonsine (Circa Alehouse).” source, Fish Brewing’s brewer’s blog.
