The Pickled Liver (Northwest Beer Guide) will be down this coming weekend as I will be in Arizona trying to avoid severe burning and blinding people with my Seattle tan. So there won’t be much discussion on my part regarding Hops & Props, the pending Beveridge Place Pub’s Anniversary weekend, or BPP / Cooper’s continued IPA Festivals. As always any curiosities you have regarding that days events are posted in the sidebar.

If I don’t post before Friday I will see you all on Wednesday.

Cheers

"The Drunken Goat Maibock is a copper colored lager with a big malty flavor and noble hop aroma from Saaz and Mt. Hood (a German Hallertau hybrid grown in the U.S.)  Although tipping the scale at bit over 7.0% alcohol this beer is still smooth and drinkable, due to the prolonged aging at freezing temperatures. Maibock, meaning May-Bock, is traditional German beer originating in Einbeck Germany. Often utilized by monks when fasting these strong lagers have a long history throughout Europe. So come on down and tip back a few with us on April 16th." source, Rock Bottom Brewery Newsletter
