OR Pelican Re-releases Nestucca ESB 4/17

Located literally on the beach in Pacific City near the Pacific Highway, Pelican Brewing is truly a diamond in the rough (or sand if you will). Since 1996 head brewer Darron Welch has amassed well over 120 medals and on April 17th he re-releases his award winning (Gold Spring Beer & Wine Festival 2006 and Bronze North American Beer Awards 2006) ESB at 5:00 PM PST at the brewery.

Copied courtesy of the Oregon Brewers Guild is a description as well as ingredient list of what makes up an award winning ESB. Thanks again Darron for feeding our appetites with good beer.

Cheers

"Copper-hued and medium-bodied, Nestucca ESB has an herbal floral aroma character balanced with a toasted bread and tofffee-like malt flavor. A pineapple-like fruitiness merges with caramel flavors and a clean, hoppy finish to make this beer both refreshing and full of character. Dry hopped." -source Oregon Brewer's Guild
