Washington … Elliot Bay hosts St. Patrick’s Day

This was just posted on the Elliot Bay Brewing Co. Blog in case you have been holding out on getting caught up in all this commercialism.

“St. Patrick's Day is upon us and we're ready to celebrate! Join us at either (or both) of our pubs for some of the food and drink that defines this festive holiday.” –source, Elliot Bay Brewing.

Some of the food items from the menu include ‘St. Patty’s Day Melt, Corned Beef and Cabbage, No Doubt Chocolate Stout Cupcakes, Kid’s & Irish Pesto Pasta. Beers featured are Green Pilot Light, Irish Red Lager, Guinness (yes that one) Irish Dry Stout, and Irish Mist.

Special for West Seattle is the No Doubt Beef and Mushroom Stew with Burien being privileged to serve Blackened Salmon and Avocado Salad, Shepherd’s Pie, Corned Beef and Hash Quesadilla. Happy St. Patrick’s Day however you ring it in.
