It’s fresh hop season and Top Rung traveled to CES Farms in Moxee to pick up over 600 lbs. of fresh Centennial hops for this fresh hop. Light tan in color and with hints of lemon, vanilla and a bit resinous from the fresh centennial hops. CLS Farms is the largest producer of Centennial in the world.
