On Saturday, May 11, 2019, To celebrate Seattle Beer Week and raise money for Seattle Children's hospital, Peach & the Pig and Wicked Good Grinders go head to head in a Star Wars themed intergalactic battle for the best cheese sandwich. The 501st Legion and The Rebel Legion will come outfitted as your favorite Star Wars characters to aid fundraising efforts. New to this year’s event is axe throwing. PNW AXE Throwing Company will be there with their axe throwing trailer to host a open session as well as a “Axe Saber” throwing competition. All of the money raised from the “Axe Saber”competition will go to Seattle Children’s. Also a portion of every Cheese War ticket sold will benefit Seattle Children's Hospital.

Tickets are $25.00, and include:

- A ballot to vote for your favorite sandwich,
- Any Hellbent beer,
- Two half sandwiches
- A $5 donation for Seattle Children's Hospital.
