Breakside Brewery Dinner with Ben Edmunds at Art of the Table

Hailing from Portland, Oregon, Breakside Brewery is one of the winningest breweries in the Pacific Northwest in the past five years. Besides being an award-winning brewery they also showcase two pubs and a tasting room in their production brewery. All of this would not be possible if not for the imaginative mind of Ben Edmunds, Breakside's founding brewer.

Meanwhile in Seattle, hiding in plain sight is a James Beard-nominated restaurant in Art of the Table. Co-owned by Dustin Ronspies and Shannon Van Horn, the Art of the Table provides guest a three, five, or seven-course dinner for a relatively affordable price given the reputation and care the kitchen demonstrates.

Which should be enough to get you in the door but we understand if you need something more. So how about a dinner hosted by Breakside Brewery's Ben Edmunds, showcasing the breweries beers and paired by Dustin Ronspies thoughtfully authored beer-and-food-pairing menu.
