Portland Beer Week and Lompoc Brewing present the Micro Maltsters and Innovation in Malting seminar at Lompoc's private Sidebar barrel room. This intimate ticketed event features a talk between some of the Northwests up and coming micro maltsters on the future of craft malting, one of the most underrated and talked about aspects of brewing. Our panel of experts has representatives from micro maltsters from Oregon, Washington and California and will offer samples of their products and even a tase or two of beer brewed with their malts. Each seminar attendee will also get a drink ticket exchangeable for a beer at Lompoc Brewing at no cost.
