Only slightly half-way through April and we are already reminding folks about events in May. One in particular, which benefits Seattle' Children's Hospital charity, is Cheese Wars. 

Hosted and produced by Hellbent Brewing Company, this event is a unique opportunity to sample dishes from two food trucks, with only one crowned the winner. 

Two food trucks... The Last Cheddai and all the beer!!!! We are closing down the parking lot and having a Seattle Beer Week head to head battle between two food trucks: Peach & the Pig and Wicked Good Grinders for a Star Wars themed intergalactic battle for the best cheddar sandwich.

The great people from the 501st and Rebel Legion will be in full costume, of authentic Star Wars characters, to help fundraise. Also the 8 bit brass band will be performing some of your favorite cantina classics.

Tickets for this event are $29 (plus tax) which gets you a ballot for voting your favorite sandwich, 2 Hellbent beer, 2 half sandwiches, 2 sides (e.g. one side one sandwich from each truck), and the knowledge that a portion of your ticket goes to Seattle Children's Hospital.
