On March 01 we release three new hazy IPAs: Chill Murray NEIPA, Love Letter NEIPA, and Ferocious Citrus IPA. The first two beers are limited and won't last long. Ferocious Citrus is our spring and summer seasonal, replacing Abominable Winter Ale. Details for each beer are below.
Chill Murray is the newest beer in our rotating Hazy IPA series. Look for notes of idiosyncrasy and unpredictability in this NEIPA. Chill Murray was brewed with Skagit Valley Soft Wheat, Organic Flaked Barley, Organic Oats, and buckets full of Eureka, Azacca, Galaxy, and Organic Citra hops. It's available on tap at our three pubs, in very limited 4-pack cans and in crowlers at Powell and Vancouver. We are only making 40 cases of 4 pack cans, they are $14 each and will be distributed as follows: 28 cases for Powell, 4 cases for BikeBar, 8 cases for Vancouver.
Love Letter NEIPA is part of our Win-Win series, which highlights ingredients from eco-champion businesses. This beer is our love letter to Bob's Red Mill, as it features his organic oats, wheat, and spelt for one entirely fluffy texture. We dry-hopped with citrusy Jaryllo, Mosaic, and Denali hops. Love Letter is available in our three brewpubs on draft and in 22oz bottles until it runs out (which will happen quickly).
Ferocious Citrus IPA is our spring and summer grapefruit IPA! Take one sip of this hazy, crazy beer and you'll be hypnotized. Brewed with hard red spring wheat from Twin Oaks Farm on San Juan Island, Ferocious is smooth with citrus hops and an extra burst of grapefruit juice. It's available until October in 12oz cans and on draft at our three pubs and throughout our distribution.
