We decided to spice things up and see how our dark lager, called “Dunkel,” tastes with the addition of some new flavors. We’ll be pouring this beer through a Randall with ingredients like orange zest and coffee. Who knows what it’ll be? Not us. We’ll be offering this concoction from Feb 28th till March 2nd.

This mega malty lager dazzles the taste buds with heavy notes of chocolate and toffee,  accompanied by a mild roastiness that results from the abundance of Maillard reactions in the mash tun.
