If you love all things fresh and local, make your reservations for our May 17th Tank to Tabledinner at the Bistro, featuring six courses built around farm fresh produce and high quality meats paired with Airways brews. The dinner is $85 per person, and includes your drinks. Attendees should plan to arrive between 5-6 pm, and we invite you to relax, enjoy your meal at your own pace, and take time to visit until we close at 9.
Every dish will feature produce that just came out of the ground that week from a local farm. The full menu will be available online and emailed to attendees as we get closer, but here are the first two our chef is letting us reveal:
Course 4: Stout braised short ribs with morel mushrooms, mascarpone polenta, and spring onion jus.
Course 5: Whey poached king salmon with fiddlehead ferns, ramps, and meyer lemon emulsion.
