Again at 7pm on Tuesday 25th Susan Welch and Adam Foy from Skagit Valley Malting will talk about their malting process and the grains they are using that are grown in Skagit Valley and Cascadia. They will describe using malts not only for brewing but for baking as well. Skagit Valley Malting products are very popular with some of the most talented bakers in America and Europe!
