If you love all things fresh and local, make your reservations for our May 17th Tank to Table dinner at the Bistro.
This reservation only event will feature six courses built around farm fresh meat and produce paired with Airways brews made only a couple of miles away. The dinner is $85 per person, and includes your drinks. Attendees should plan to arrive between 5-6 pm, and we invite you to sit, relax, and take your time visiting until we close at 9.
The menu will be available online and emailed to attendees as we get closer. Every dish will feature produce that just came out of the ground that week from a local farm.
We expect seating to fill up quickly for this unique event, so please go online to our Bistro page and make your reservations sooner rather than later. (Psst: dinner plans away from the kids always make a great Mother's Day surprise.)
