Beer List:

2016 New Belgium Lips of Faith Clutch Wood Aged Imperial Stout

It started as chance, a sandwich shop encounter between a band and a fan. It ended as the Clutch Collaboration. This pleasing, two-part potion was brewed with chocolate and black malts for a rich and roasty overtone, then fused with a dry, substratum of sour for a bold and audacious flavor. Black as night, this beer is blended at 70% stout, 30% dark sour wood beer for a collaboration that begins with a sour edge and finishes with a big, dark malt character, lingering, sweet on your palate. The two flavors come as raucous and riotous as the Maryland band and their Fort Collins fans, getting loud and making beer, together.

2017 New Belgium Lips of Faith La Folie Sour Brown Ale

La Folie, French for "the folly," is a beer steeped in New Belgium brewing tradition. This wood-aged, sour brown spends one to three years in big, oak barrels, known as foeders. And when the beer finally hits the glass, La Folie is sharp and sour, full of green apple, cherry, and plum-skin notes. Pouring a deep mahogany, the mouthfeel will get you puckering while the smooth finish will get you smiling. Not a beer for the timid, La Folie is a sour delight that will turn your tongue on its head. Find out why it's considered one of the best sour beers around.

2016 New Belgium Lips of Faith Le Terroir Dry Hopped Sour Ale

Le Terroir: French, meaning ‘from the terrain, soil, land, ground, earth.’ You may have heard it as a wine term speaking of the environmental conditions of the vineyard, the pH of the soil, even the slope of the land. But beer has it too, especially a New Belgium sour beer, which oozes terroir from the pores of the wooden foeders we age it in. Le Terroir is a complex blend of sour Felix, and then dry-hopped with Amarillo and, for 2016, Crystal hops. The result is a fruity, citrusy, winelike drink with a huge hop nose.

New Belgium Love Felix Apple Sour

This is a single source delight from one special foeder of perfectly soured Felix, our light base beer. When tasting through the wood cellar, we found it deliciously complex all on its own, no blending necessary! We then laid it down in an Apple Whiskey barrel from Leopold Brothers Distillery. Reminiscent of all things Apple. This golden cider colored beer radiates a light glowing haze. The fruity color is reflected in the aroma with a tantalizing mixture of tart granny smith apples and a zippy lemon peel twang. A big blast of vanilla with hints of smoke shine through from aging in the American Oak whiskey barrel giving an impression of a slice of apple pie a la mode when they combine! As expected there's an enduring pucker of sourness with a slight sweet apple warming linger.

New Belgium Citradelic Tangerine IPA

Tune in and hop out with New Belgium Citradelic. Set adrift on a kaleidoscopic wave of hoppiness brought to you by a mystical marriage of Citra hops and tangerine peel, which elevates each sip onto a plane of pure tropical, fruity pleasure. Citradelic’s namesake hop and fruit combine to jam with visions of additional hops like citrusy Mandarina Bavaria, tropical Azzaca, and fruity Galaxy for a colorful explosion that’s grounded by just a touch of malty sweetness. Bored by the status quo? Expand your palate with a pour of Citradelic.
